Protein bars are always an easy stocking filler. Perfect for tossing into a gym bag or a snack whilst you’re at work. Bonus points if you grab a festive flavor! My favourites are the Grenade Oreo bars or the Fulfil salted caramel bars. Trek also do a great Biscoff option. 10/10.

2. Lifting straps
