Summary of James's Transformation

James came to us needing structure, accountability and knowledge of how to improve his physique. Before starting, he had somewhat of a plan, with some rough ideas on nutrition, but not enough to see progress! We quickly got a training programme and nutrition plan sorted to remove any doubt of success. Three months later, heres his results. Since then we have been building muscle and getting strong in preparation for future holidays because who doesn’t love looking good on a beach?
